take a cauldron or cast iron pot and fill it with water:
put in two sprigs of sage
3 tbsps of catnip
3tsps of ground sage
one cinnamon stick
and a quarter cup of chamomile in dowser
bring to a boil then simmer for 30 minutes let sit for five till you can drink it about a cup will do then store remainder in fridge for next time...
i am the proof on this i made this recipe because i have been hexed a night walker an "insomniac" not a hooker :P
but the most rest i have ever gotten is 2 hrs while mixing different concoctions together that are made to aide sleep non has worked better than this... and the longer it ferments the stronger sleep aid it becomes.
