Indeed it was originally a fictional book but because people believe it's real don't that make it manifest?

No. If a bunch of people believe in twilight or Harry potter, it's not going to come true and alot of the stuff in the necronomicon is even crazier than the two of them combined.

agree with perrych completely. Ive read the book to be honest a waste of time. Can i ask is there a certain book your looking for?

iv found my grandmothers bible has alot of energy but i think thats because its over 100 years old it belonger to my great grandmother
