There is nothing wrong in Christians using magic. Catholic priests use it every day at Mass. But Christianity and Wicca are two entirely different beliefs.
By the way Warlock. You seem to know very little about Catholicism.
Saints are most certainly not deities! A Catholic may pray to a saint to act as a mediator with God; to "intercede" so to speak. But in no way are saints Gods!
Catholics are not the ownly chirstains who do magic. Their are many chirstain wicca groups out their. I'm just tryin to find the right one thats out their for me.

Christianity and Wicca are two rather different religions (each with different denominations). Together the words themselves are an oxymoron.
What you are discussing are those who worship the triad as many would worship the Maiden, Mother, and Crone, or some other similar trinity.
Often they do call themselves "Christian Wiccans" due to a lack of understanding of how words work together, or the history of either faith.
And many Yoruba-based traditions do deify the Saints, but they often worship saints that represent a particular Yoruba god/goddess/spirit. Thus the Orisha/saints. But this isn't strictly Christianity. This is Santeria, and similar such faiths, that have been influenced by Christianity.
Christianity reveres the "one god", the holy spirit, and the son (Jesus). The saints are not strictly worshipped but often praised as those who have come close to god and can guide you through trials or what have you. However, many forms of Christianity do not focus on the saints and instead labor to seek closeness with God.
Generally speaking, in my opinion, the whole saintly system seems to cater to the root pagan cultures' need to associate different entities with different aspects instead of seeking all answers from one source, ie God.
As to your goal, Anastasia, if you are seeking peace within your spirit and seek to do so through the Christian God, pray to him. Seek oneness, and a life without sin, and so forth. Cling to the commandments and live your life as a good christian. Healing comes with time.

It depends on interpretation. Traditional Christian belief is that the acts of Jesus came from God, and were therefore not sin but divine will. Any "magic" not coming from god however must come from another source, ie the devil, and therefore be sin.
More modern interpretations believe that all magic is of the same source, and therefore divine, and not a sin... allowing for a revival of sorts of christian mysticism.
no Brysing you are right i dont know much about Catholicism i just rememberd watching a documentary on the discovery channel and they said something about 2 nuns praying to saint peter because he was the patron saits of hopes and dreams or something like that
