Beliefs on death.
By:
I just wanted to make a thread on different views of what happens after death.

My beliefs: I believe in reincarnation, because a spirit, in my opinion, is meant to be where it is, in a body.
I also believe in summerland. I believe that a soul is actually much "Larger" (in a sense:L ) and only parts of it go into each body and then return to the whole thing. I believe ghosts are spirits that have lived there lives, and can just hang in summerland or wander the earth :D

What are your views on Death and what follows?

I belive in the soul as a small ball of energy in your chest, and I belive reincarnations and becoming spirits, but that only lasts untill the Jugdment Day, as I am a Christian. Of course, people can also just move on to where they go. Another possibilty I belive is all three happen together droping one part of you in another new born baby, one as a ghost, and one passing on.

I too believe in reincarnation. I believe That our spirit is our Oversoul or i should say that that the Oversoul is the higher self and when connected with the soul ( i believe that the soul is the combination of all 7 internal chakras together.) then is when you are a whole spirit.

Definition ? Oversoul: Oversoul is your life force it is in itself the casual body in the form of a chakra that is external; or you can consider it your Spirit for those who are more comfortable with that term!!! The term Oversoul is used frequently in discussion of Eastern metaphysics and has also entered western vernacular. The Oversoul is the combination of all your life experiences, all the lives you have lived all the things you have learned. The Oversoul is the collected knowledge of all natural lessons and wisdom. It is believed that all people are born to learn, to experience and connect. ?We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience? Pierre Teilhard de Chardin said," The belief is that all people must strive to change and become more then they are now. That with each lesson comes more understanding of our purpose for being." It is also believed that with meditation you can speak to your Oversoul and gain insight into your personal path. )

I believe that we have 5 mundane bodies which are our physical body, our etheric body, our astral body, our mental body, and our casual body. the casual body operates in the lower ethereal realm and the etheric body operates pimarally in the etheric realm and closest to the physical realm. when we die, our soul leaves the physical body and passes through the other bodies as well returning to the Oversoul who determines if one need to reincarnate again however, some don't make it that easily back with the oversoul because they are obsessed to remain living, emotionally stuck and unbalanced, intellectually ignorant on who or what they are and/or lack in integrity to self in the life lived, I believe these chain your soul to the etheric mundane body which will make one a ghost; but only if it disrupts the veil to the physical realm.

I believe summerland is where your soul goes after it connected and united with the Oversoul, after the physical death, if it is going to be reincarnated back on earth.

I only have two beliefs on death so far. I believe that people can choose to go to the afterlife and ghosts are people who decided to stay wherever they are for a certain reason.

You may believe anything you wish. Whatever gives comfort during your lifetime. We all know that someday we will die.

My beliefs are strictly based off of my own experiences communicating with spirits and astrally projecting.

I believe from my journey in this life that the spirit world is the first world. And earth is a tool used to incarnate, to learn with a clean slate and experience things we wouldn't usually choose to experience. Lives are just apart of the journey to make us balanced and well-rounded souls. We stop having lives when we come to a point where we no longer need them. For some there is only three, for others there are numerous lives. I'm one of those stubborn souls. When they no longer need lives, this is what Buddhists refer to as "enlightenment".

When we die, our soul leaves our body and has the choice to do whatever they wish, the spirit world is far less restrictive than the physical. So they may find their own "summerland" or "heaven" or wait for their loved one(s) to pass over with them before moving on.

If our spirit is scarred or made restless due to tramatic experiences, we are given time to sort it out ourselves or allow others to help us. These are the "haunting" spirits that walk the physical plane aimlessly. If they do not heal on their own they are incarnated again in order to give them that fresh start and a chance to sort out their fears. This happens quite a lot, and that is why so many have confusing fears they do not understand. Its important that we work through our problems now, while we have a body as a crutch. This way we do not go through the same cycle over and over again and instead progress and move forward developing ourselves into well-balanced beings.

By well-balanced I merely mean wise with stable emotions and mind. I particularly like Socrates' definition of wisdom, and feel that is the ideal that our souls strive for unconsciously. Once we reach that, we no longer need the physical plane and we remain in the spiritual to guide and aid those who are incarnate or watch over the spiritual world itself. You can call this "ascension" but I just like say its the point of maturity in a soul.

Well, when you die, you're brought down to Hell in order to burn off your karma that you've gained throughout your life. It doesn't really matter if you're willing or not. Death will come for you and drag you down if they must. The souls that have no understanding upon death will get shredded up in the life stream.

There'e different sections in Hell for different karma. The 9 main ones are for pain and purification. The 10th one is for pleasure and leisure. Now, after the karma has been burned off completely, you'll be free to move out of the flames, which burn off the karma. If you're willing to let go of it all, the flames will be a nice, almost a massage for your soul. However, if you're not, then you'll experience the burning.

The first section is Azazel's. This section deals with minimal karma and one of the coolest sections in Hell. This section just burns off the karma built up through life. This section is torture-free as long as you do what you're supposed to do... which is burn off karma.
The second section is Beelzebub's deals with sloth and gluttony in all shapes and forms, thus greed, lust, and any and all things that are done to excess are dealt here.
The third section deals with fraud, which includes theft and treachery. This is Asmodeus' section.
Bael has the fourth section and this is where the flames become really, really hot! This section is also where demons are allowed to tear off karma with force and torture. This section is for desecration of the dead, so grave robbers and necrophiliac's, this is where you're going ;)
The fifth section is for Pyros aka Belial, the first born son of Samael, the devil. Pyros also holds another title, which is the god of fire, so this section is one of the hottest. Hellfire elementals and other intense beings roam around in this section, tearing at anything offering resistance. This section is for serial rapists, pedophiles, serial killers, etc.
Now, the sixth section is Khaos' aka Paimon in the Goetia. Khaos has many names and many faces. Pan, Baphomet, and Cernunnos are some. Now, his section isn't really specific karma. Just the intent that someone approaches a crime. So if you know you're doing something bad, and you know you're going to Hell for it, but you still made peace with it and within your own mind find it justified, you'll be going here. It's really hot here and demons have a habit of tearing relentlessly at people who deserve to be here ;)
The seventh section is Wormwood's aka Taurnos, god of wind and air. Wormwood also has many names. This section is for debauchery, so those who cheat and misuse the gift of sex for whatever their ego minds think of, go here. So women who use sex to move up in the world tend to be here. The demons don't touch you here. The flames torture enough. The flames are similar to the blue flame found on a blow torch. Out of all the sections in Hell, this is the most musical. The screams and crying out all mix together with the flames in order to form what we know as Metal. So yes, metal comes from Hell :D
Now, the next section is Purgatory, which is run by Uphir. He's also the physician in Hell. In Purgatory, there are no flames, and no torture. Just souls who are sleeping in a coma like state while they tear at themselves with their own minds. Most suicides go here. They won't wake up until they finally let go of what they think they did wrong. Even those who do not belong in Hell sometimes come here because of how they judge themselves in their own mind.
Now, finally, the last section (that deals with karma). The 9th section is run by Xandiach, the first born son of the Abyss. This section has no fire and no torture. This section isn't even sent souls like the others. This is where the River Styx flows into Hell before splitting up into the three rivers of Hell. He rummages through the river to find souls tainted with filth and deals with them accordingly.
If you want to experience the 10th section of Hell, you'll have to go there ;) Keep in mind though, you gotta burn off your Karma first.
