The best way to remember anything is to write it down! If you cannot write whole passages, write a few notes. You can then "visualise" your notes. It is how I remember the lyrics of hundreds of songs; and how most actors remember their lines. And has already been said; a spell is unlikely to help. Study will!
For memory you can take cornell notes and test yourself. That's what I do or keep repeating it till you have it drill in your brain. That's what I usually do in my test.

For memory I suggest pepermint oil. For a cheap alternative you can mix a few drops of peppermint extract into a little bit of olive oil. This is an aromatherapy trick that enhances memory and its awesomely simple. Dab a little behind your ears before studying and before taking a test. And if you have a headache rub it on your temples, even eases migraines. It stimulates the mind and relieves anxiety.
Peppermint candy and gums made from real peppermint oil works great too if you don't like smelling like a candy cane.
Another great little tip is playing classical music. Find a cd you like or download specific ones and make a playlist. Listen to it while studying to enhance your memory.
Sleep on your knowledge. Taking naps directly after studying or doing so before you sleep for the night helps you retain the info.
I had straight A's in school and I swear by these.
While I completely agree with the previous posts (there's no substitute for studying!) if you really want a spell I suppose that one wouldn't be any harm. But don't get overconfident!
Facts and figures, rules and laws;
fill my mind and give me cause
to answer questions, fulfill tasks
and know the things I shall be asked,
when i am challenged give me aid
to recieve a brillient grade.
All this knowledge stay with me
as I will so mote it be.
