Some people used to talk about this alot.
It was similar to Remote Viewing, yet using your astral body at the same time with the assistance of a servitor.
They said it wasn't too difficult.
I'm not entirely sure how to do it. Nor do I know much about it

It does not require the assistance of a servitor, and can involve the exploration of the physical or the actual "astral" plane. Generally, to my experience, it involves an expansion of the senses in a manner that allows you to "will" them outward, or otherwise allow them to follow that which you sense.

It combines a somewhat contrary blend of focus and relaxation.

It is possible, although it could be that you are just experiencing vertigo. If your health isn't the best due to lack of eating properly or working out, then you can occasionally feel like you are moving even though you are standing still. I would not rule out the astral projection, but I wouldn't automatically say that is it either.
