Viewing energy

When you cast a spell or do a ritual lots of energy is involved. Can you see the energy? What does it look like? When you send or take in energy, cleanse, concentrate a object, or raise energy, people will say that you will "feel" the energy but they never say that they "see" the energy. Wouldn't seeing the energy make the spell or ritual more easier and more believable? How can you see energy? Have you ever seen it? How does it look like? Thanks and blessed be.

I can see magical energy, I used to work with it at night while I was going to sleep(I had no idea what Wicca was back then or that it even existed). I have been able to ever sense I was little. There is no way to explain what it looks like though. There just arn't any words I know of to describe it. I think it's called being a clair sentient, or at least a form of it. I can also use my mind to expand it nto different shapes sometimes, like I can make it completely round and then make the top flat or something, it's cool. (Don't insult me please because I`m serious, I`m not a roleplayer by the way)

That is called seeing an aura.
