i stay here because Ive found a great deal of info on questions ive had for so long and people who take their craft very serious and willing to helkp anyone who asks.
Those serious people choose to be here because there is no crap going on in the chatter, forums or elsewhere. Your questions have been answered here because this is a site for adults who are treated like adults.
Accept the rules and act like an adult or get gagged, or just get off the site.

And Pet,I have yet to call out anyone and directly insult them. The fact you attempted to insult my intelligence and bash me just furthers my point. Secondly, I don't contribute to articles because I have no interest to. I help when asked, and I do not cast spells to have a reason to post them. And I never once said this site was oppressive, I said that gagging powers are being abused, and the clear fact that others agree shows it is not my problem. Also, bringing up the other sites i frequent doesn't mean anything. Until you have been to any of them then your words mean null.

Sigh, why have people been whinning about the rules lately? If you don't like the rules on this site, then just leave. Their is no point in whinning about it. They will not change. End of story.
Lets be honest here, if your the admin/mod/owner of all those sites then how do you have time to come on here, seriously I was running 1 site with moderate traffic and I didn't have time to eat.
The mods have to be on top of their game because of the legal problems caused by plagiarism, how many amatures on here steal spells out of books & other sites then pass them off as their own, do you not think the original authors have a system in place to check for this. Their job is important, and if they are wasting their time running after people using caps lock then they are taken away from helping others, from dealing with issues important to the survival of the site.
All in all this site is fantastic, and the mods should be praised for the work they do, and you should feel lucky you have somewhere to learn because back in the 90's there was very little out there.
If your getting gagged its because your breaking the rules, the rules set out by the person who pays to allow us to benefit from it.
