Chamomile

Lemon Balm tea (going light on the lemon balm)

Passion flower

Young Pine or Fir needle Tea

This is another useful tea for insomnia. Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 tsp. of washed and chopped fir needles. Steep for two minutes, then strain and add 1 tsp. of honey and drink slowly

o calm the nerves and promote sleep, make an infusion of any of the following herbs:

Peppermint leaves
St. John's wort blossoms and leaves
Passion flower blossoms and leaves
Orange blossoms
Horsetail
Fennel seeds
Hops
Mix together equal parts of the following herbs:

I have a herbal sleep pillow, its stuffed with chamomile, lavender, jasmine and lemonbalm. It really helps me sleep, and this mix is commonly used in Asia.

Thank you, I had a little idea of herbal sleep remedies but this was interesting to read! I have a lavendar bag which sometimes works, maybe I should add something else to it. Also I am looking for a way to help my little girl sleep, so this was helpful!

Blessed Be xo
