For question number one I've never tried this but maybe you could try a protection spell and tweak it to protect you/your friend from the psychic vampire or maybe find a good shielding spell to help to shield your energy from the psychic vampire.
Mart to answer question, I'm hoping that an energy vampire after draining someone off their energy wouldn't vamp on someone else unless he/she is in dire need of energy again. Unless of course they have another agenda. From what I've heard energy vampires are those with either lower energies or just generally low on energy and do not have the ability to generate his/her own energy. I may be wrong but chronic depression, illnesses and constant exposure to an energy vampire can turn a perfectly normal person into an energy vamp. Some are unaware of this, some aren't. From what I've seen its almost like a chain reaction.
For eg. Mr A is not a vampire, but is in constant touch with Mr X who is an energy Vampire. Mr A cannot cut away from Mr X for very many reasons. So Mr. X continues to draw energy from Mr A, exhausting him to the point that Mr A no longer has the strength to generate his own energy and therefore seeks the easiest source of energy, which usually comes from people he interacts with. This turns Mr A (who wasnt a Vampire) into one... I've seen this happen to several people.
Now does anyone know how one can sheild their energy from a such a person without causing harm or cutting yourself away from them, because like I said, they could be ill, they could be a friend or even your own child. Anyone with anymore suggestions
Grounding is an option and I have suggested it. But strangely the person who I'm trying to help feels drained during the grounding process... I know it is a strange situation.

Also I saw this spell which switches your body with a vampires I hope that doesn't happen to me lol but yeah please help it is really annoying

Basically, to stop someone from being a psy vamp you need to give them energy transplants that should hold them for a while, maybe even a lifetime. Then they won't have to leech from others until their energy transplant is gone.
I have spent my life being an energy vampire. I've come to terms that it is who I am. I was incredibly ill as a child, and still have many of the effects of it. There is no way to become something I am not.
I ground and charge myself so I do not cause illnesses to others. That is the only way I have found a way around this. Stand out in the sun for 10 minutes... that'll help.
As for those of you trying to protect yourselves, put up your shields. Any kind of contact, including phone calls, is all it takes for us to have a connection with your energy.
Please realize that this is not a choice. This is something that just happens... be kind to your psy vamp friends and family if they don't know what they are or how to stop it.
