Make objects in real worl

When visiting a friend with Astral/ Etheric Projection, can you make objects appear so that they would see them or create a piece of paper that say 'hi it's me' or something on it? If so how can you do this?

It is said that nothing in the physical world appears unless it has been either dreamed up or created on the Astral planes. However, that does not mean that you can make things appear out of thin air.

You can send messages psychically, which seems to be your intent. :)

I am not sure weather this is true or not, but I have heard thus, "To create something from nothing would break all laws of the universe." Do not fear on correcting me, because Magic seems to break most of the laws of the universe anyway.
