The first step to solving this problem is to avoid eating at McDonalds'. haha. That trashy food won't do you any favors.
The second step is to to remain calm. While I cannot say with certain what, if anything, is plaguing you or why, the best way to react to any of it is always to stay focused, confident, and centered. If it is a spirit it may well be feeding off of your panic and fear. If it is a person or curse, it could be that somebody wants you panicked and afraid. Either way, you confound the desired result by staying in control.
Live your life with comfort and self assurance.
If you feel the need, ritually purify your space with incense, sage, or even whatever prayer or words you like. Methods such as these can also help banish negative energies and entities.
