Post # 1
Ok so I have been taught a chant in a language I know not of by my friend, and finding it with great difficulty on the internet in one place.

Anyone know anything?

Phoneticly:
Ai-ah-sis ah star too dai-ana, hec-ah-tait ah mee too kah-nee, eh-na-nah.

Looking at it phonetically this appears to be the Goddess Chant copyrighted to Deena Metzger and Caitlin Mullin. The actual words are:

Isis, Astarte, Diana, Hekate, Demeter, Kali, Inanna.

Inkubus Sukkubus recorded several versions of this chant which you can probably listen to on YouTube.

Every Samhain, when we remember friends and relations who have died,I always recite a poem for my parents and my older brother. It is a poem my mother loved,and is by Mary Elizabeth Frye.
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep!
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am sunlight on the ripened grain;
the gentle,Autumn rain.

There is more, you can find it on the internet. The last two lines are very lovely;
So do not stand at my grave and cry!
I am not there. I did not die!
