First of all, what is happening that makes you think of a spell being put on you?

Second, deep meditation to develop psychic shielding will help.

Third, don't let him know you may be affected.

I'd go on, but question one leaves to many unknowns.

Thanks for your reply. There are a number of reasons.I am bascially reading his mind.Like Ill say have you ever been to this place?he says I waas there last night .i have been able to name his friends and where he goes without any info from him.I instantly disliked him on meeting him.Suddenly then he was in mind all the time.I found this strange. But the real reason is the dream I had of him.he was large and powerful.I told him in the dream I did not want to fight with him but he was so evil.I was running and couldnt get away.
In my dreams I talk to my guides and they have helped me a lot. This dream was a message to show me the real him.
A part of me believes he might have just done a spell on everyone in the workplace and i am affected becos of being psychic.
I sound crazy but I am 100% sure this guy is into black magic .

well, may not be much help, but i have a protection charm i got from this site.

you need: natural cloth, yellow yarn or thread, and bark from the east side of a tree.
put the bark in the cloth and wrap it up. tie the yellow thread to it to make a necklace.

There u go. it said it was made to protect from spirits but it may help.

First off, I agree with Stone. You must be sure that there was a form of magickal attack. And he is very right in guiding you to not let this man at work know that you fear him in any way. Shield yourself even as you walk about. Envision a protective bubble around you and act as you normally would.
On returning a hex. If a hex was not sent, then your attempts to return one would have no effect. You cannot return what has not been sent. As long as you do not intentially send ill wishes or any kind of magickal harm.
Do not obsess about it. Know in your mind and in your heart that you have solved the situation and move forward. If you constantly think or worry about it, you bring it to you.
Blessed Be

Thanks so much for your positive spirit! i felt deep down I had been the victim of a spell.I felt it deep inside me .I now feel different and in control and I believe I did the right thing upon reflection. You are right ,I will no longer obsess.I meant him no harm ,only for him to leave me alone.

why allow yourself to be a victim of anysorts ?

have you been the victim of a spell, or been led in to the thought you have ?

can your victimised feeling come from "manufactured" insecurities ?
