Lots of people believe in urine for healing benifits, though I think I would have to in a life or death situation before I'd consider it...probaly not even then either LOL!

The "paste" described above sounds good. However, any doctor will tell you that acne needs to be treated mainly from the inside! Plenty of vegetables, less meat. If you boil cabbage drink the water, it is an excellent blood cleanser. As is broccoli,garlic (any of the onion family) and spinach.
