@Maydayy some of what you say is true we do need to work out what our dreams mean by ourselves but there is certain things in dreams that have a specfic meaning and undestanding them actually helps us to make sense of what our subconscious is trying to tell us, I personally believe that Water represents, Emotions,Healing and Spirituality..Fire represents..Destruction,Passion and Rebirth...Air represents...Creativity, Intelligence and Thoughts..Earth represents...Reality,Security and Relationships and feelings in dreams are just that, your feelings about what issue is on your subconscious mind, (these are my own views and are not to be taken as fact) depending on how it appears in a dream it will have different meanings that we should be albe to work out once we know the areas that these may or may not represent, but also we can actually have dreams that are just that! just a dream with no meaning at all! it's ourselves in the end that know what dream has a message and what one is just the mind clearing out old junk as you could say.
well, of course your scenario very probible, as is mine. It really comes down to what you think, we're here to offer guidance, but in the end it is you who must decide whether or not these dreams hold any meaning, and if so, what that meaning might be.
and though I agree that some things to signify certain events or emotions in dreams, I personally believe that it everything more so depends on the person in question, how their feeling at the time (depressed, angry, happy, ect.).
In other words, it all depends, and nothing is certain
hey this is shimona elora here to discuss about my dreams...
there are specifically two of them...
so the first one goes like this....
i was sitting in front of the computer, chatting with one of my online friends. my sis was sitting by my side and was watching our conversation. i didn't notice what i and my online friend were talking but suddenly a i got a message from a stranger. it was with a pic of some red demon, as i remember and it was moving. and the message said,"i will kill you". it was really scary but my sis said to ignore it. then again the person sent the same message and in my dream my sis started screaming followed by me but in real i woke up screaming at 5 'o' clock in the morning.
and the second one starts like this.......
i was in some village in a very beautiful house and my dad was there with me. i went in a room next to the kitchen to have a look at the back side of the house. suddenly when i opened the door it was a different kind of world than the usual back sides of the houses. as i opened the door there were a number of tree like i was in a forest. as i turned right, i saw a very beautiful water fall and then i turned left and there was a really handsome boy sleeping under the shade of a huge tree. i went near him to examine him. his face wasn't familiar but it was extremely pale and charming and he was sleeping as in he was dead. then suddenly i got some sound from my back and i turned to the water fall and there he was standing in the middle of the water and suddenly fell into the chilly water and drowned.and when i turned to see him, he was still sleeping there. and i went running into the kitchen to show it to my dad(while i was entering in, the door closed by the sudden jerk of my body when i dashed into the kitchen).then i held my dad's hand and dragged him towards the door and when i opened it there was just a road and across it was a red building.
that's all for both of my stories....
but please do help me with it coz it doesn't seem to be much scary but it was to me. it gave me a feeling that who ever was there in those dreams was trying to tell me something.....that's why i got so scared that the very thought of it makes me shiver........

I honestly don't know what to say for either of your dreams, I am befuddled
why would a demon try to do that???....
and if it would have been my guardian angel trying to warn me then something must have happened but nothing strange happened to me......
because that is the nature of most demons, they attempt to way lay you and trick you whenever they can.
and I don't really know, I'm just shooting off ideas here
