disturbing nightmares
By:
Hello,

I just wanted to get some opinions on nightmares so disturbing that they leave me physically / emotionally drained the next day. Has anyone else had these problems, and if so, how did you deal with it?
Should I be reading into this as a bad OOBE (although not a conscious one) or just dismiss as regular 'ol nightmares?
They are too damn "real" for my liking :(
Just wanted some opinions...

well it could be a number of things, it could be just a regular old nightmare and you tossed and turned too much

Maybe it was an OOBE and something on the astral plane drained you of your energy while you were there.

Or maybe a spirit was in your room while you slept and drained you physically and emotionally, ofcourse this last one would apply if you cast spells in your room or near your bed.
