Magic can NOT alter your DNA. Magic cannot change your species, can't make you grow taller, can't make you loose weight, can't change your eye color, can't change your age, can't change your skin color, or anything else of the sort.

lol Magick CAN'T change your eye colour?I have used a glamour spell of this kind and it actually did work,but it was temporary of course.

I agree with Amichai,but still for example you could cast a glamour spell to change your eye colour(that's just an example),BUT it will be illusionary and NOT permanent.In fact,I've tried two or three spells of this kind and they did work for me.But i underline that the effect lasted for some hours.

Not currently Ami, but I think with a proper understanding of the human body and DNA along with the right amount of energy you could change the chemical bonds in the DNA to change the DNA itself. However, this would be really complex, and is one of those ideas that if you try and it would work it could very well kill you, because most people wouldn't think to get a thorough understanding of the body and of chemistry. Also, we don't understand it completely yet, and I am not sure if we will ever understand it well enough to do this, even if one day we can raise enough energy.
