When you do the grounding and centering exercise do you need to feel relax and full of energy because that is how I feel and it's my first time doing it. So I want to make sure if I am doing it right.
One more question when you relax the body it's a couple of seconds or minutes to move your body right? And it feel light because that's how I felt.
