No that would be one of the most ridiculous spells or fake spells out there. The only way possible to travel to hell would be in astral planes. But you have to be really exprienced with astral projection, meditation and energy wise.

well, it is a matter of opinion. if u have a serial killers picture, y not make him pay for his crimes? (if he hasnt already been caught)

it is NOT our job to punish others! that is left to a higher power! and if one does choose to "punish" someone for there wrongs then they should be prepared to suffer for their wrongs also, if not at a greater cost

I looked at the spells and the ingredients. What could be the problem is that the photo you chose could have the other individual which it backfired on in the photo. It could also be the lack of concentration and determination, with spells like this you must focus on your goal not just cast the spell and that's done.

It would be wise not to dabble in dark spells until you've mastered the basics and begun to understand the power you are dealing with.

If you have enough experience to perform a spell like that then you could do a different spell. How about if you in an argument do a spell to make sure he agrees with you or if he's trying to hurt you or has done something to you put a spell on him that could make him get caught next time smething like that OR you could just be the bigger person and make friends?
