mm as long as they act in a responsible manner and arent in it just to show off..

15 is best imo, but if a person can pass a test of maturity and skill then go for broke ;)

as long as they realize fully the rewards and danger of the path.

I agree that 15 is better, but a test seems fair. I myself am 17 and sometimes I can be immature. I want to learn, for what, so that I have more knowledge of the magicks in the world. Nothing more, nothing less.

Necromancy means literally "divination by the dead" the dead, no longer bound by the limitations of the mortal, physical plane.
Opponets of spiritualism sometimes describe it as modern Necromancy , but the spiritualists have different aims and their methods are milk and watery in the extreme compared to the methods used in the magical operations. It is considered peculiarly dangerous because of the procedures.

I now will add a quick spell that I would be adding to this coven, since I would join ;)

For nine days before the ceremony the necromancer and his assistants prepare for it by surrounding themselves with the aura of death. They dress in musty grave clothes, filched from corpses, and these must bnot be taken off until the operation is finished. when they first put these on they recite the funeral service over themselves. they abstain from the mere sight of a woman (or male if you're a woman) they eat dog's flesh with black bread, baked without salt or leaven (as they purify the body) Drink unfermented grape juice. the dog is the creature of Hecate, the goddess of ghosts and death. the bread has no leaven and the grape juice is unfermented to stand for the matter without spirit, the physical clay without the spark of life. The bread and the grape-juice are also the necromantic equialents of the bread and wine of a communion.

Through these preperations the magician puts himself in touch with death into a corpse like state in which he is in rapport with the real corpse he intends to disturb. When everything is ready to go the magician goes to the grave either between midnight and one in the morning and draws the magick circle around the grave. Assistants carry torches and burn a mixture of henbane *poisonous to swallow* hemlock aloes wood, saffron, opum and mandrake.
They open the grae and the coffin exposing the corpse. The magicain touches it three times with the wand, commanding it to arise. one formula is:

By the virue of the Holy Resurrection and the agonies of the damned, I conjure and Command thee, spirit of N. Deceased to answer my demands and obey these sacred ceremonies, on pain of everlasting torment. Berald, Beroald, Balbin, Gab, Gabor, Agaba, Arise, Arise, I charge and command thee!

After it has risen, you should ask it your question or have it do your will. once finished as a reward the remains of the body should be burned as a payment for it's deeds.

This was taken from a grimorie of wich I cannot remember. I wrote it in my own Grimorie so when I find it again i'll let you all know wich one it was =)

I will also include spells that are simpler to do. (and not illegal. =) )

Yea, I don't think that anyone should try that and it is best, I think, if that is deleted. It is nice for educational purposes but there are kids on here who can read this and might try it, so please, delete it.
