If someone asks for proof of something, saying "why don't you find it yourself" is, in my opinion, the equivalent of saying "I don't have it."

''Dark matter is not concept and neither is shapeshifting. With the right knowledge anything is possible. Also, just because a person can shift doesn't mean they are half wolf or anything. If you pre-dominant form is human form then you are human, anyone claiming to be anything else is a rper. ''

Dark matter is a concept until the deffinition changes...
From Wikipedia:
''In astronomy and cosmology, dark matter is a conjectured form of matter that is undetectable by its emitted electromagnetic radiation, but whose presence can be inferred from gravitational effects on visible matter and background radiation. [1] Its existence has been hypothesized to account for recently discovered discrepancies between measurements of the mass of the universe by gravitational methods, and measurements based on visible objects (galaxies, gas, dust). According to observations of structures larger than galaxies, as well as Big Bang cosmology, dark matter accounts for 23% of the total mass-energy of the observable universe, while the ordinary matter accounts for only 4.6% (the remainder is attributed to dark energy). [2] ''
Now that seems a bit sketchy to me eh?
Now on to the ''we can do anything we put our minds too...''
To me that is what the Adults tell to the kids everyday to hope that oneday they will grow up to be a doctor.
But in real life i'm sorry but thats just not how it works, you can tell yourself your not ever going to have any problems in life but it's just not true.

''Dark matter best explained is just another energy''

see definition of dark matter: thats pretty subtle...

''with a steady understanding of simple energy, the way it flows, and the beauty of nature and the woods, you will then find what true magick, and true power is''

One, energy is not simple. True magick is a matter of perception and in my perception there is no such thing as true magick. True power is the kind of power that a person is happy with, even if it is just rolling a pencil across a desk using TK. "

Energy easy to see, hard to master, Simple and intricate but at the same time demanding and unrelentless. Learning energy is not simple, Energy is simple.
Are you challenging my perception of power?
I think until we see one another in person, questioning my power is commemorable.

"The less young people the better. If they can't define truth and fiction then they don't deserve to practice this art. Also, what do you mean by ''heed''? "

The less young people the better! you were young once and most likely still are by such a remark. The young people are the future, what is to come, withouth them there is nothing, and no one to tell the tales of the ''old'' people.
the old are around for the young. They must guide and train the young people in their ways, this is pretty commonly accepted with most humans, I would hope anyway.

And heed? What do you mean what do I mean? Ok, in this case Heed = come to, or ask,

''What is possible on the astral is possible on the physical as long as you have the right knowledge.''

No it's not. if you think it is you are unrealistic. sorry to burst your bubble =(

"Also, answer this one question...do you think that a human can make energy physical? This a fundamental question when practicing energy manipulation. "

Energy cannot be created or destroyed...that's the law!
Humans cant make energy...we can however feel the flow of energy and help bend it in certain ways.
As for fundimentals, I think maybe you should crawl back a bit and read them again.
I mean no offense to your personal beliefs and am simply trying to expand your horizons on some other popular views in the world. Please take this as a learning experiance not a disgrace to you or your beliefs.

I didn't take it as a disgrace Bledri, you're the first one to put a realistic response (other than Khelek). I never said energy could be created by the human manipulating it I asked if you thought it could be made physical. I am not doubting your power. I am still young but I have a legit teacher to say the least. When I get results I will post them up for you people to see until that day it will just be speculation and theories.

Teachers can teach the wrong thing as well as the right thing, you have to know what to believe because not everything is real. Just because someone decides to say something is real, that only makes it a thought, if they put that thought in action, a thoughtform. From here you can create a servatore an eggregory and then a god-form. most of the time people will stop thinking at the thought and pretend to just jump right for the kill and call it a god-form.
look out for crazy people, they are everywhere...even here, even in your neighborhood, Crazy people exist, and are a dangerous reality.
hehe

Well, if he teaches me something and I try it and it turns out to work then isn't it real?

OK, no one is targeted with this post. I would just like to say what effect has this thread has had on me.

I've noticed that a group of people here make the truth. So if someone gives a new definition they all come down on him with THEIR truth. Well you bash Christians daily but you're a lot like them if you ask me (maybe not you people here in this thread but it sure happens; and no, Christians aren't a confused crowd)

BUT some evidence can be very useful when making a point. I too like that "pic or it didn't happen" phrase, I even use it so often I get warnings for disruptive behavior.

As for the youngsters, I think it's hard to teach someone via the web. Maybe via personal IM you could gain trust and authority so a young person would listen and respect you as a teacher.

So to sum up. People don't fight over something like this. It makes no sense. Roleplayers turn into wolwes and dinosaurs and in the end practicioners kill eachother...
Not cool.

Diamo, your question was answered when Bledri said, "Teachers can teach the wrong thing as well as the right thing."

Minimum requirements for a teacher to be legit in my opinion:
4+ years of experience.
4+ years of study.
At the very least, basic leadership abilities.
Locatable sources for information(not "this is how I say it is").
And in most cases if they are legit, they will be known.

Those are what I would consider the minimum requirements, not recommended requirements. The more experience and years of study, the better. The greater the leadership abilities, the better. Sources must be locatable, if they just say "this is this and that is that and if you don't think so go find out for yourself" the person is most likely more like a roleplayer, at least in my opinion. As for being known, usually after practicing something for four years or so and if they're willing to start teaching somebody is going to know who he/she is. If not, I would say their years of experience and study may be questionable. Not that it definitely is, just that it may be.

Okay, mine, 7 years of experience and study and good leadership. Why does a teacher have to be known to be legit?

Re: Werewolves?

I said "And in most cases if they are legit, they are known" Not that they have to be known to be legit. Say you went to a school for seven years. Is it likely that nobody at that school will know you? Is it likely that not a single individual, after seven years of being there, would know your name? It seems to be to be very unlikely. Of course there is the possibility that the individual in question didn't go to one place or didn't teach in one spot, but in most cases there would still be someone who knows of him/her. It's also possible that the person practiced in secret/privately, but if they practice in secret/privately they probably don't teach in person.

Also keep in mine, this list of "requirements" is from my own personal point of view. They are not facts, they are opinions. In my opinion, if they are legit they should be known by someone. Personally, based on what you said, I would have to say I don't consider your teacher legit nor would I consider you worthy of learning because you are past the age of ten and not with a teacher I would consider legit. You have stated things I disagree with and might even compare to roleplaying at some points, by your own words that would make you unworthy.
