Not sure what you mean here? Like gain weight? If that is the case, eat! And try not to be as active as you normally are. Work out, but be a bit gentler with it so you still condition the muscles and add a little fat.

If it's a thyroid problem, I think doctors can prescribe medication to help. This isn't really something you *need* magick for.

i know....but the thing is that i have visited 3 doctors and they gave lots of medication....but i didn't change...i'm still thin....

Try high protein diet and working out to build muscle mass. A nutritionist and personal trainer can help with this.
