i've been practising magick for 4 years...and i'm very good in spellcraft, especially in my rain spells...but suddenly everything stopped working...like my magick ceased existing...is this possible....when i do rain spell, it ends up sunny all day....anyone help please...thanks
Not to burst your bubble, but it is possible that you weren't ever influencing Nature in the first place -- merely exhibiting good timing. Nature doesn't just make it rain or shine for anyone. She has her own agenda, so when casting weather spells it really helps to be in the right place at the right time.
Though, maybe someone else is casting a more powerful sunny weather spell? There are plenty of explanations, but your magick "ceasing to exist" is not one of them. You will always have your ability to work magick. Are there any other magick practitioners in your area? Maybe you could team up and invoke a rain god(dess) or work a rain spell together?
I love rain ^-^ If you look at the Wikipedia page here, on the Japanese weather charm "Teru-teru Bouzu", you can try making one. In the song, where it asks for sun, just ask for rain***:
*** When constructing them, fill their heads with shells, turquoise, and other items to represent rain/water... maybe even make them umbrellas :D I'm going to make some when the weather gets a bit warmer to ask for thunderstorms.
I don't put much faith in weather spells to be honest. When someone can make a weather occurance in a place that has never experienced it, I may change my mind. But rain in spring, sun in the summer and snow in winter doesn't really count in my opinion. Though nice confidence boosters.
Your ability to do magick doesn't go away unless you suddenly loose all knowledge of how to do it. Try other things and keep the confidence. Questioning if it will work or not is a great way to ensure it will not.
sometimes stress causes me to lose focus and other factors as well such as lack of sleep throws my body out of sync. it takes me a few days to get back to my normal self and regain my focus. perhaps there is just some factors affecting ure focus.
however icewarlocks post is very logical. i've heard you can get energy blocks as well, where the stress, builds up, and depression where it stops proper energy flow and can cause this effect, the bright side is that its easily fixed, just enough relaxation can fix it, or some chakra meditation =D
