Hello,i would like to have an information for this spell,in fact its impossible for me to find a hill,i would request you if their is an another options apart from throwing down the hill. I am aware of that.. i came across this site recently this year. Things arent quite well for me. I believe these things work and i was hoping for answers..
The spell itself is a matter of belief. I do not personally practice causing discord among others.
As for the other aspects: It's all symbolic. The hill is taking a figure of speech into a literal representation. It is releasing the intent to make the relationship of the target(s) go down hill. If you wish to retain that symbolic aspect, there are also pits, sewers (their friendship goes to poo -- in that regard, why not write the names and flush them in the toilet?), or just away.
Another aspect is discarding the people. You're throwing them away from you; casting them out. But it can also be symbolic of simply releasing the energy of the intent.
But if you do this, consider the location. If you do literally find a hill, or some woods, be wary of littering, and the possibility of other people finding and messing with the container. I'm not saying it'll mess up your work but if you're going to discard something, in my opinion it needs to be done discretely and sensibly.
Your questions about time and moon phase are all a matter of belief. I do not follow any of those beliefs. But if you do, then it has the potential of affecting your belief in your work.
