I've been trying to astrally project for a week or so. All that I've managed to accomplish is getting less sleep and waking up to only the slightest conciousness throughout the night. Can anyone give me advice as to what the most effective method of astral projection is, or tell me what more I need to do to project? ( Possibly one that doesn't cause sleep loss?)
A tip I have always read is to try AP when you have time to set aside. Like a weekend where you can sleep in. Try APing when you first wake up in the morning and are still drowsy. Or, try it during seated meditation so you won't feel like falling asleep (a big help for me, personally).
