If his temper is why he was gagged then his temper was a problem. Being gagged was his problem. Again, gagged because of his temper, thus temper was his problem. If he wasn't bothered by being gagged or would not have been gagged for having a bad temper then there was no problem at all and what happened simply happened, to the disappointment of many friends and even a few who didn't know him.

Oh, why is world so unfair??? It just is. Accept it like grown up person. you know, sometimes I don't deserve something what happens to me, and I sometimes do something to other people who did not deserved that. Have you know that Faust is human being like us? ... Well, you know now, and human beings makes mistakes sometimes in their lives, and I'm sorry doctor, no offence, i don't want to argue here, but who are you to judge him?
If you're expecting so much from a human beings, you'll have soooo much disappontings in your life.

Even as the flawed human beings we are, there are certain "norms" and unspoken rules to any setting. It doesn't matter that we all make mistakes... it's irrelevant. Mistakes are easily forgiven if the offending party can show that they've improved and will avoid the offense in the future. I can guarantee that whatever Faust did was a repeat offense. If you are gagged, you're free to make a new account and start over, make amends, whatever. IP bans are only done in extreme cases. His behaviour clearly violated Terms of Use, point 4:

4.) You agree to use spellsofmagic.com only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of spellsofmagic.com. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within spellsofmagic.com.

If a member doesn't like the system, he or she is free to leave or start their own thing.

I know that. He broke the rules and he was banned. That happened and I can't change it. I don't want to. I just wondered why people hate him so mush here? And would I get a message one day which says: You are banned Reason: You like Fust

Heres why he was removed.

Ever heard of the term "cyber bullying"?

Well that was Faust, taking matters out of control and bullying other members. He also began to bully myself even though I was his priestess at the time of this happening. I was receiving mail from other coven leaders about Fausts behavior towards their members, so yes something had to be done by myself, no special treatment because he was on my council. I had to report him every time he came back with another account.

And the Mod that kept his gagging ongoing didn't like any form of bullying to the other members, never mind it being against the rules!

Ok, I get it. I'm sorry because he was cyber bullying you, but he hasn't done anything bad to me, and i have nothing to do with it. And what are you doing now is attacking me for loving him. Have I no right to?

You asked if anyone knew what happened to him, we are simply just saying what we know of it all.

We are not attacking you in any way, shape or form.
