I think that also Callum, and that each person is the author of their life. Though there may be someone else who made us, they don't neccesaraly(sp) control us, we make our own adventures happen, and thats what makes life interesting.

I am a firm believer in Callum's book theory :) It has just been something I've known, deep in my heart, from the time I could read. I believe the same for movies, myths, any type of fiction.

I read a quote somewhere that said something like "Sometimes the truth hides in fiction, because people are not ready to accept it," though much more eloquently lol, and I believe this.

* another thought! *

I find the fiction-dimension theory very sad in a way, that the characters are stuck in an eternal loop. Though, I I have a stronger belief that they can act autonomously and that stories are only part of the whole of their being. It just makes sense to me, in a way I can't properly articulate. It's like, showing a photograph to someone who's never seen one or knows that they are: for all they know, the people in the photo /live/ in the photo, but it reality those people have much more life.

Ignore me. It is 3:24 am lol XD

I can see how that could happen. Stories make up a large portion of our lives. They always have and always well, it is how we learn. I think that the powers at be created us and have an outline for of our lives, however it is ourselves that write the details of the story.

Whenever I read a book, it always felt so real. For that reason I have always enjoyed fantasy sagas and probably always will. I believe they made a film about this theory called 'Inkheart'.

It was a book first ;)

I really liked it. There is a short series I think, but I've only read "Inkheart". I had avoided the book for like ever, it just sort of sat around in my house and one day I finally read the back and I was like "OMG MUST READ" XD hehe. It wasn't as mature as I was hoping, but it brought me back to the days when time stood still and I could fall into a book for hours. I haven't read good fiction in a long time T^T

It could just be the theory of the random splitting of atoms and endosymbiosis taking effect. But where's the fun in that? ;)

So we just had to bring this thread of wonderful ideas to the word "pooper" :( Why does it always go back to the rhythms of life? Oh I think perhaps because we are a part of the cycle of "life".
