Doesn't that seem a little anti-loving to do to a dedicated employee whom took their employment seriously for 8 years?

I think the guy should redefine devil worship.

It simply goes to show how little people really know. If she loses the case it will be due to the fact that the individuals at the trial have the same ignorant opinion as her new manager.

Non-Pagans have been raised to believe that all Pagan religions are evil and negative. They have heard it preached to them for so long that they believe nothing else and refuse to think for themselves on the matter.

I pray she wins and that the manager gets what she deserves.

I agree. She should be treated as an individual. A lot of people go against one of the Amendments. What really makes me mad is when people claim they want peace, yet they insult and treat others unequally, because its whether they're stupid or just big fat liars.

Wicca/Paganism really isn't an organized religion. Any Pagan/Wiccan can have a different point of view on the Gods and Goddesses. For example: One girl believes that the Earth herself gave birth to souls, and another person might believe that our souls were directly born by the big bang.

Me Personally being a Satanic-Pagan am discusted at how they do this to people. I woul say get one of the best lawyers avalible and sue them for all they are worth such is regonized as defamation and slandering of ones name and also not religious freedom.
last I thought we live in The US a country founded by the freemasons who were mostlly Pagan in origin such as still practising rites and rituals and such I beleive Jefferson was the onlly christian but to the point Pagan people have been taken advantage of for years by other beleifs look at the inquistion all for greed . It's time Pagans stand united against a common foe whatever allegiance yours is its time I've had enough of people saying you dont beleive in xmas its like yes just not in the same way you are . so yeah I wish best luck to the person If it was me I'd have the manager fired for being thigs listed above.

The guy in the previous post I talked about who got fired by the christian church for being gay. He won the case and the church had to pay a large sum of money. But at the end of the day it is not about the money, it is about being respected for who you are.

That same guy is now suing a christian magazine because they had an article about homosexuality being this terrible disease and how you can be cured. The magazined then said that he doesn't have to read the magazine, so he can't complain. But it doesn't matter where the article appear, it is still discrimination.

I can't stand discrimination. It makes me go crazy. You want to be respected, but you don't respect others. How does that work?????

Mutt.

I hate discrimination too. I really wish people would accept others for who they are. Some people are just stupid, it makes me mad.

How here they fired for honoring Samhain when the suit was but in 2 weeks before samhain?

There are people who do lose their jobs over their faith, as well as other things, however sadly there are also people who are fired because they are lazy, the call off too much, show up late so forth and so on and when they get fired they pull the descrimination card.

Personally I try to avoid these types of things without having all the facts.

My lazy sister and law got fired for calling off to much and she tried saying it was because of religous reasons and everyone laughed at here because we all knew better.
