No..im not saying that at all. I give props to those who work hard and attain results. All im saying is not everyone needs to learn how to heal(or anything else for that matter). It comes naturally to some people and they shouldnt need to learn something they inherently know. To state that people need to learn something is conceded.

Hecate...i apologize i didnt respond to you...i didnt notice your post...I agree with you..i dont think that people should heal others without the permission of the hurt person. I was arguing that some people dont need training because there ability's come natural to them.

Healing, no matter how natural, still needs training.
They need to know the certain tools and herbs commonly used, the different energies, how different energies effect different people, ect. I doubt this is knowledge that would come naturally, since, naturally, evolution-based knowledge does not come naturally.

Your just as bad as Gurby. Read this carefully because im getting tired of writing it.

First off....it doesnt matter what you doubt...you are not all knowing and there are many people who have this ability naturally. Now...saying that...since it comes naturally there is no need for training...all a person needs to do is will the other to become better. Yes...it is possible and ive seen more than one person do it almost perfectly....and yes...those people had no training at all. Please give up this battle you are loosing...all you are doing is giving people a excuse to laugh at you. All you are doing is repeating the same thing Gurby said that i proved him wrong on already.

Adon, I think what they are not understanding is the degree of which you are mentioning some people start with.

Here's a metaphor with riding a bike.

1) Some people get on the bike and struggle for a year or two to lose those training wheels.

2) Some people get on the bike without training wheels and take a few weeks to stop falling.

3) Some people get on the bike and, without training wheels, just take off without falling.

Most people go through option 1 to learn and they take time to get used to it. In comparison some people start out with no natural talent for healing and thus must spend years of practice and research to learn it correctly.

Some people are blessed with option 2 and only need some time to sharpen their skills, in this case some extra training and experience is definitely a benefit.

And then there are those who are truly blessed with option 3. Their skill is all natural, some might say it was "god-given," and thus they require no extra help. Why get extra help when you already have the skill of a master? That would be a waste of time, in my opinion, however having a master assess the skill level so that the talented individual may ensure everything is correct would not be a bad idea.

Thanks Reborn, You understand my points!!
Healing in its basic form is an empty heavy tool, thought it maybe used to stablize a board on a bench by just its weight alone.
The tools that go inside make the job Fast,Cleaner and of better Quality.

Once again Rag, you intuitive knowledge is showing through (you might want to cover it up, lol)
As in the case of healing, I wanted to aquire of Gurby something. Say someone is at option two, but never took the step to get better, finding a teacher would be a good idea, right? I happen to know somebody, who is a good healer of their own volition, but could use some refining and help with focus. Do you think I could inquire of you, or somebody you know who is a practiced healer, to help them reach the skill of step three?

Gurby please do yourself a favor and delete this thread. Your not coming up with any good points and reborn is only acting like a parrot repeating everything you say. Ragnorok and I have rebuttled everything you have said. At least if you delete the thread its not here for people to see how wrong you are.

Theres no need to apologize to me Adon, you never offended me, im cool. I can honestly see both points of view, ok so training is always agood idea, However there are people with natrual healing abilities, i am one of them, but i am also trained in reiki which is an excellent form of healing, i do not need or want glory for it. i can get glory elsewhere. Some people just want to heal for the sake of good, not for their own benefit, nothing for their own egos.
There are people in other countries, poor countries who have NO access to training and they have been healers for centuries. Some of the people who used to see my great grandad could not even afford basic medical care and he did a good job without training, there was no training, just a gift that benefited lots of sick and VERY poor people

Adon, I never actually read Gurby's original posts before. We both may agree on this, but I'm not a parrot, I'm simply a human voicing my opinion and concerns for healing.
Main reason I am doing this is for you calling me a parrot, because there plenty of things I disagree on with Gurb.

There is no right or wrong, its just all in your head. To say someones opinion is wrong is rather a bitter taste, don't you think?
In my opinion I believe that training is everything from practicing abilities to learning more about it. Tools can amplify the focus and concentration of healing abilities, as these tools are natural as well (IE, stones, herbs, all that.)
Training abilities, more commonly in my eyes, is to practice the ability, and its rather hard to heal if you don't do it. :3
Everyone has the potential to heal, but remember that Everyone makes mistakes, no matter who you are.

Nothing I say or do is to be taken as fact.
Its my voice and my thoughts, and my opinion, these are the only things I own on this site. :3
