Unable to connect

Has anyone got anyideas as to why I was unable to access SoM as a memeber at all for days now!! It was suggested that it "may" have been an IP ban which makes no sense for someone who does not break the rules.

If you have any idea please message me so that I know whats going on and why, since no one I know has a clue, and no one they know does!!

If it was a IP Ban Petraca Would Have Banned You For A Reason.
Or Maybe It Was A Misunderstanding.
Why Dont You Just Make A New Account?

I know how pet does his bans, He normally does banned someone for a reason. And he never likes to say why and if you keep on bugging him about it then he will banned you again and maybe longer. My answer is, forget about it. It is not worth another not being able to log on again.

Basically the way to get over IP bans is use a decent proxy with a port and after you go through enough, then you should get a working one. Granite this site guards against proxies but I am sure if Pet has been around the e-block a bit he would know what I'm getting at, anyone who spends alot of time using the IRC chat client and even more so if they frequent the IrCQnet server would know how to use proxies, and a decent proxy is not from these cheap sites you hook firefox up to either, you get a good proxy, load it into your system and bingo your ready to go, or if your lucky and have a dynamic IP or even dialup, just disconnect and reconnect and bingo your back in business. (I hate sounding like a nerd even though I know what I'm doing)

Some people have reported issues with logging in since I added the shopping cart code. Usually the best thing to do is close your browser and keep trying until the cookie properly clears.

Also, I would highly suggest that people don't share accounts, because once one computer logs into the website, the site links all accounts together of who logged in from the same computer. So if they get banned later, so will you.

Hey I had a problem before the shopping cart was added..I finally was able to log in. Thanks gosh it was frustrating. Now that this shopping cart has been added I'm actually afraid to go to a different web site and then come back here. I don't want to not be able to login again. I don't have any bans or gags or anything. Is there anything I should know about loggin in. If I have a problem with it how do I get help. I've emailed the site before but I never get an answer probably bc everyone is so busy.also what are the IP s ppl r talking about ? I'm on mobile web and very computer illiterate so I was clueless about what everyone was talking about...so can anyone tell me who to contact if I have any login issues btw I'm only on mobile web. And cannot send or receive mail on this site bc I only have mobile web. Its really frustrating that I can't email anyone on the site I can only email someone if they list their email in their bio. Anyway I've said enough. Please someone reply so I know what to do if I encounter login troubles. Be well everyone:)

forget, I am not sure about your issue there, an idea and what I would like to add about what Pet said, is this.
I recommend you google and download CcCleaner, it is the best on the market and is 100% free, you download and run that, it will clear your cache and stuff on your computer and browsers which logs those annoying cookies that can keep you out of some sites and it also has a nifty registry cleaner as well, check it out and use it to fix alot of issues.
