Sorry that I could not reply in time. See a backfire could be chased by many things or factors.
A. Lack of Exp in magick.
B. Not focusing on the spell or what your doing to cast it.
C. Mixing up but still go on.
D. Having a second thought. (Like should I? or should I not? or sometimes thinking about someone else.)
E. Having bad thoughts, like if someone said your ugly. Made you sad so your going to cast a beauty spell but still has what that person said in your head.
There could be more then that tho. And when it fails to do so then stop and try a next week or month. Reason is because if it fails and you have not yet clean up the mess then it will most likely fail again or bring you bad luck and so on and so on.
i was using true abyss's terms for me the term is intent not cast or miscast or backfire the spell what ever it is has a purpose or intention this is then focused in the spell to gain a result so i find i cannot mis intend something but i can lose sight of what i intend which dilutes the focus hence the spell fails or rather i do it is the intention which one has to be fully sure of and all the reasoning behind it for those of us it poses moral implications for examle if the caster does a money spell then the intention is wealth and to become richer again innocent maybe at first small amounts for bills but usually human nature such as it is the caster will do more and more now the intention is the same to gain money or is it has now become greed plus the success of the spells also add to the ego of the caster the simple rule is magick done for oneself is sorcery and blessing gained with sorcery end up becoming curses
just one more point i recently went with a friend to visit his sick daughter in hospital the ward was full of ill children with various conditions full of tubes some with no hair some with huge surgery scars and some with grafts none of these i expect to find on a cover glamour mag but i challenge any of you to go and find a more beautiful group of people for all their pain and suffering i have never had a warmer greeting smile and comforting hug then i got this sick little girl true beauty and ugliness come from within not out 1 hr in this ward taught me that

Each I spoke the good things about it and the bad things. It lasted for a few days before it got deleted by a mod or pet himself. I thought about remaking it but it would be pointless if it was deleted again, kinda like their saying "We don't need that info..."

Resonance, or anybody else who knows how to glamour, how do you do it? I mean specifically. I tried the eye color thing thats all over the internet, the "become of me," with the orange and pink candle. It didn't make any difference what so ever. None. So how can it be done?
i just use the hair die that doesn't make me lose my hair. i know a special kind that's safe and isn't bad for you. :) if you wanna know what it is message me and ill tell you if i still have some. (my sister uses it too!) so we may run out :P
