As the title suggests..
This method was given to us but we haven't had the chance to show many to see how it works.
This is somewhat of a thought-form barrier that is designed for people with a little experience with energy work.
This meditation is for people who are Empaths, and thus gives them a specific form of protection while not disrupting their abilities. Although, this can be used as any form of protection, however it is advised that the somewhat experienced try it.
Creating a Thought Form Barrier
Find a comfortable place where you can relax and begin with a small void meditation (thoughtless and a feeling of nothingness).
Bring your attention to the energy within your body, feeling it move as though it has a life of it's own.
Draw the energy up from your legs, arms, torso and condense it into your third eye area.
From here, visualise and push the energy outwards creating a flowing woven net of energy, have it surround your entire body.
Visualise the net barrier as though it is moving like a gentle wave around you, focus your energy via the third eye and infuse it into the barrier.
After this has been done there is no break in the connection, the barrier is left to feed off your energy, from here you can make it as strong as you like or allow it to be more vulnerable when you feel the need.
