Just like to say to Yellow quickly here that nervous bodily control could potentially over ride any pain, if not by magic then by medical methods and I fail to see why anyone would suffer an annurism. However you are right that it would kill people, the immune system is preprogrammed when in the womb to recognise self and non self cells, basically so you don't have an allergic reaction to yourself so by altering your DNA you alter the protein coat in the cellular membrane meaning that white blood cells no longer recognise your own cells as self but non self and so phagocytosis physically digests you from the inside out, the only way to prevent it would be immuno supresants which would then open up a risk of disease so logically I wouldn't recomend attempting it although it is theoretically possible with certain bodilly functions such as pigmentation
Anything is possible, there is a way even when there is none to your 7 senses. But yellow is partially right, pain could kill us if we are not experienced enough to perform any bio change spell on us. But as I said, there is always a way found from a no-way.

I have 2 colours in my eye, the color everyone sees if brown but if you look closely you can see a green shade in it...
is it possible to bring the green out and push the brown back... in other words switch them from place...
if you can use biokinesis to change cells couldn't you use it to clone some and destroy some?
that way it will still be your original cells only duplicated so there is more green and some just will be destroyed (the brown)...
could something like that work?

sarahsboot, (assuming you are a female or a male comfortable wearing makeup) I would start out wearing eyeshadows and makeups to enhance the green color. Peachy colors, pinks, and purples (generally anything in the red family) for eyeshadows and pink/red lips really enhance the green because red is the opposite of green. This helps with the visualization process of changing your eye color because you and others will start to notice the green color more.
Regardless of whether biokinesis works or not, I would use the Law of Attraction: Ask for green eyes, Believe you have green eyes. The key word is HAVE; if you focus on WANTING green eyes you will only bring more want into your life. And you will Receive green eyes.
