Instead of using the concussion technique read up on Osman Spares Death posture, if used right it can also help create the same OBE, if done wrong or too much you can damage yourself slightly.

The effects fom Salvia when smoked only lasts a few minutes.

My mom uses it as an anti-stress after a hard day or if she is too tense to connect before performing spiritual healing.

So for using it to induce AP it wouldnt last long enough if smoked, chewing maybe.

you would want some of the tentured salvia instead of just the leaf. It is inhanced to about a 30-an hour effect. That's plenty of time to AP for me.

Salvia can be a very useful tool if used correctly. It can also help you to access past lives. The main thing to remember is make sure you are grounded, centered and meditate to prepare your mind. It is much more effective if you establish what you are trying to achieve before smoking it. Also, be in a quiet, safe environment. Salvia is a plant that is very eager to help us and because of this if used in too large amounts can be overwhelming. It's best to start small. If anyone has any questions about it, pm me and I will try to give you all the help I can.

Oh nice, Mr Crowley's favorite the "Green Fairy"

Absinthe was portrayed as a dangerously addictive psychoactive drug, anise-flavored spirit derived from herbs, including the flowers and leaves of the herb Artemisia absinthium, commonly referred to as "grande wormwood".

The medical use of wormwood dates back to ancient Egypt and is mentioned in the Ebers Papyrus.

Critics view towards the ban of absinthe in 1915:

"Absinthe makes you crazy and criminal, provokes epilepsy and tuberculosis, and has killed thousands of French people. It makes a ferocious beast of man, a martyr of woman, and a degenerate of the infant, it disorganizes and ruins the family and menaces the future of the country."
