i agree with that second part and I know caps represent yelling but often times people will do it on accident and get in trouble for such a small and simple mistake.

When an accident happens, and you hit the caps key, just do a quick opps Im sorry and that will fix it. I dont think that the mods are so uncouth that they cant see a mistake. It is when people deliberately do something. And there is a big difference. So why even really have this in the Forum. Is this really so important? We have so many other things that need attention other than why we can use caps in the chatter.

well let me tell you that I have gotten in trouble because of caps all the time and I see others with the same problem and sorry doesn't cut it for people theses days. I think too many caps are annoying but when they are used when someone is trying to get someones attention or they are an accident we shouldn't be yelled at.

When I was a mob, pet gived us the rules and the reason to delete or ban a person. When some of the mods got sick of so many "2012" forums on here they made a vote (without telling pet) to delete them and leave 5 or less. We got cared away and deleted all but one (it was in the far back of the forums where little people can find it). Sooner after pet got after us by saying we can't make rules unless he agrees to it. There was nothing about "you can only do some caps but not all the time" rule. I am sure if mods try to ban you for that (if they don't say it was for spam) they can get into trouble with pet.

Of course that was a long time ago at least.

once i was gagged for like 2 or 3 min for no reason, when i was ungagged and i asked no one answered...

i agrree that caps is yelling, it also dirupts others in the chat
