That's the thing - you can only give her basics. A lot can only be learned through personal experience and is indescribable. In this order:
tell her to listen and attune to nature,
urge her to create a spellbook and a progress diary
challenge her to be a pagan without wearing pentagrams, black outfit, bragging...and when she succeeds reward her with your own experience and information you found useful
history (so to kill all fluffiness)
give her various homework, to make spells from correspondences
keep her busy with books all time, but make sure they are good.
teach her about kinds of magick, about non Abrahamic religions
give her various tests to see her progress
after learning about mythology she will have a clue of which way she wants to go
then try specializing her in a single direction or religion
those are some ideas, of course a lot depends on how old she is, can you practice together etc.
