Past Life? Whats yours?

I heard hypnosis is a way for you to look into your past lives. Is that true or a myth?

How do you find out your past life?

Hypnotism can help with revealing past lives, but I've always used deep meditation with Tibetan bowls to look back on past lives. So far I've been a merchant, a servant to Egyptian royals, a mortician, an author, and a blind shaman of a tribe. I'm still working on finding out my other past lives if I have any at all.

Since this post has been resurrected, I might as well add my two cents worth. :) I do believe our souls can be animals, so I have two of those in the mix.

One of my first lives was some small feathered theropod who died when I was stepped on by a sauropod. I have 'memories' of staring down at my squished body after I died. Bleck.

Another early life I was a baby Theropod, again feathered, who was eaten when stolen from the nest. I have fond 'memories' of being sat on my mom, LOL. It's these lives that probably explain my fascination with birds.

I was a young boy who drowned at 3 when I wandered off. I have no idea when it happened. Might have been during the middle ages. This life really makes me want to cry, as you can imagine.

I was head of household in some rich guy's home or some castle. I was in charge of servants. Middle Ages?

I was a woman who was raped and committed suicide in the late 1800's because no one believed me or treated it seriously. I was pregnant by my attacker. Another life that depresses the heck out of me.

I was a Chinese Girl who was friends with someone in Japan or who had family in Japan when the Hiroshima Bomb went off. The friend/family member died. I went to Japan to look for them. Later on I died of cancer caused by the radiation I was exposed to.

A native American, daughter of the chief!

what if this is your first life ? where does this fit in to the equation ? does this mean your a pure soul ? A star seed or something, I heard that expression mentioned once.

All I can really say is that perhaps I was an idividual during the early to mid 1900's because I've always felt an odd serenity around objects from that era(s).

Mahdokht - Not sure what happens when you're having your first life :( All I know is that young spirits usually have a high pitched spiritual vibration - at least the way I experience them. Hopefully someone will help out more than I can, LOL!
