Did you try closing your chakras?
Open chakras can lead to energy "leak" which causes lots and lots of problems...also, if you work with psi, try making a shield that could keep the energy in your space instead of leaking it everywhere you go...did you scan for any energy parasites?
Did you do a banishing in your home or where you feel depleted most? Do you ground when working with energy?
There are so many things that could lead to energy depleting...try and find out why you're loosing energy instead of looking for an energy source

Thank you very much Brim. Unfortunately I don't work with spells much, I only banish when it is necessary. But I'll try and look into it more, I'll give the shield a go, but does it stay there permanently? I don't think it would.

It will stay there permanently if you program it that way.
Psi, is mental energy. Meaning it's the energy of the mind and reacts to your thoughts and emotions. If you want it to stay there permanently, it will.

The shield you program to stay there and keep your energy from leaking, will keep you from loosing energy and if you program it to prevent you from unintentionally draw energy from other beings and things it will...just program it the way you want
I still think you need to learn to draw energy from sources that are not other humans. There is a vast amount of energy out there and you need to figure out how to tap into it. Meditation is the best way to gather energy, not only can you draw energy in from the universe but you can also a line your chakras making the energy you already have flow correctly.

Humans may not be the weakest, but I did want to stress that they are fairly limited as energy sources.
Anything can stimulate the effects of psi, it just varies from person to person. Food substances, and musical rhythms being the most common.
I'm not sure what your talking about what Kundalini is. Probably something totally different than what I think you all ment, tho I was referring to the Kundalini Reiki Method.
Find some deities or gods to worship, they will donate energy when you deserve it if you are willing to sacrafice some of yours to them, understand it is a two way street with anything, if you want to draw serious energy from the universe you will never succeed if you always just drawing in.
