Well apparantly if you say her name three times in front of a mirror whilst completley zoned out from all other things around you and concentrated on the feeling that she will come, her ghost comes to kill you.
I've heard a story of one guy who said it and the mirror glass exploded and shards of it literally ripped half the skin off of his face. My cousin has a friend who says she said it and when she went to bed that night she saw Bloody Mary next to her saying "Anabel Cartwright, I'm going to kill you." But I don't think it's true because she's still alive, a dark spirit wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone if it says it will.

Bloody Mary was a queen of england, She got the name by killing protestants. Sorry to dissilusion all the urban legends but thats the correct history behind her, I studied her last year.

i think bloody mary is kinda like a thoughtform in the way that the more people belive in her the more form she has.
