artofwoc...to my knowledge spells do work.Yes runes gives us energy I do agree on that.But we do not/is not a must to have runes to cast spells.And thats your own believe,I respect that.For this case he have to stand for himself.He can only use magick to "aid" him.

Now in order to help against bullies, gain friends. Have people on your side...you may need them later.

When they make fun of you, just laugh at what they are saying. It'll catch them off guard because it wont be the reaction they are looking for. I always say if you cant laugh at yourself then you cant laugh at others.

Build self-esteem. Its crucial that you do. Its one of the only ways you can get someone to stop making fun of you. By showing that you dont care, it makes it unfunny to them and they will soon stop.

Now, if a bully approaches you then have those friends I was telling you about with you. Once they see their friend in trouble then they will help you.

Bullies usually run in packs now-a-days. THat is dangerous, but avoidable. If you can create and control a servitor then you should use one for spying. Find something to break them apart. If you can break them apart and gain one of them on your side then this is the GREATEST weapon you've got. THey are easily beatable when they arent together.

If that fails then just declare war on them. I condone violence, so have your group of friends jump the bullies. You will gain respect and put a hurtin' on their candy a$$e$.

I totally agree with you trav. I found myself being bullied in middle school almost everyday. But the reverse psychology works. Laugh at yourself with them. If they find that they arent hurting you emotionally they will give up and move on to someone else. You'll get through this, it's tough but you will. Kids are mean because they don't understand or they're jealous of you. Some of us grow out of it some don't. BE strong.

Only if they attack you somewhere outside of the school can you take your revenge and hit them. Inside the school yard is a border where you can't fight with anyone. If you get attacked, go straight to the teacher/headmaster/someone and tell everything. It is not a cowardly act. This is what is going to help you. If there is someone else that is bullied, work together.

What is very wrong to do in situations like this is to beg for mercy. That is a mental food to those that bully. Don't give them the satisfaction, just answer them calmly like you are talking about the weather. Once they have no pleasure from torturing you they will stop. It is obvious that since you are here and know of magick, you have the ability to win the mental combat.

I started useing a deffrent methode it is quite efective I must say. I just stare at them with nothing in side like they are just about to have the life taken from them. It worked one of them knows this one presher point so I am trying to lern how to get rid of the pain. I gave one a psychic attack (and a damn good one at that) he got confused lost train of thought (like he had any). So right know I am useing something that they will never posese. I got into this spiritul mode whith this spirit when this was happing the spirit was watching and then just took over. When he put me in a trance a person attacked me felt nothing. I know he knows me from somewhare but whare??? Once it was over I said "Someone is hear and I do not know him". I am thanking it was my gradfather that I never met so that is why I never knew him.

artofwoc, trust me, if you're fat you'll gain results in less than a month.
When you say 'results' there's a difference between being ripped, and being cut.
cut means you're stronger than before, but your bicepts or abbs don't show it.
everyone knows that you need fat to gain muscle, and if you have heaps of fat, than you'll only have to go through a quicker process.

also, stop resolving to magical attacks, seriously you won't get nowhere. Phsyical attacks are the best, it lets all your anger out on them, and they'll never screw you with again.

Use the spell to make you stronger and if that doesn't work, use the bully spell on them it should stop them or use the invisability spell so when you want they can't see you!

Best thing to do is tell a teacher they can help more then magic, sort of, even though they will call you a grasser the teacher will help. Also tell your parents.

I am takeing care of those @$$e$ it is working I am useing spirituality to do it I see they are scared of what they do not know.
