Hello everyone I'm RiverSwan it's great to meet you. I'm a complete rookie when it comes to magic. I've been interested in it for a while now but never had the time to devote myself to it. I'm ready and eager to learn anything and everything that I can and I'm hoping to prevail on the kindness of more seasoned practitioners for insight and guidance should I feel the need to do so although I tend to prefer to figure things out for myself.

I'm seventeen and have taken a year or two out of school before I attend college. I've taken the time out to enjoy a reprieve from academia and it gives me a chance to travel and to indulge myself in my many hobbies which include hiking, sight seeing and writing. When I return to the world of essays and deadlines I hope to study English Literature and pursue a career in that field. I'm also currently planning my wedding which will be happening later this year.
