Well I am atheist for the most part, though I must admit song about my Aztec heritage calls to me, I am drawn in by a hedonistic deity and the duality in his nature. I will not interfere with people's beliefs however, as i find it disrespectful to try and persuade someone in or out of their creedences'.
I recall certain stories and myths that I can only find brief mention about online. Some texts as you've probably personally experienced, are hard to come by. Which is a terrible way to segue into my secondary interest in this site (reason i'm here), herbs and ingredients. I'm fascinated by a cultures uses for certain mixtures and plants. Trying to understand certain mixtures and cultural uses, such as those that Celts, Nords, and Vikings may have used to cause fits of rage they carried into battle. or the types of seeds Aztecs would use to draw massive amounts stamina for seemingly endless conflicts. If not for any other reason than to understand their true effectiveness and possibly discover a way to re-breed plants and fungi that could very well be extinct. Exciting right!? jk I bore myself too sometimes. other interests i have are documentation of mythological creatures in certain cultures and similarities to creatures in other cultures. I don't want to be to forth coming that im atheist but I let it be known just to highlight that I am very much a novice in all things occult.
