Well (pardon my French) but holy S*** it has been a long time since I have been on here. I have definitely changed as a person since my last login. However, that does not mean I am not in need of help. I haven't practiced anything for almost ten years but now I am turning back to it as I have reached a very low point in my life. I am hoping that this experience can help me reconnect with my true self and get me to feel like myself again. Any guidance would be appreciated as I have no idea where to start anymore.
