Merry meet!
I am a year old wife and mother. I am new to studying the craft but have always felt it within me. As I look back on my childhood memories many things that I did or enjoyed now make complete sence. So I'm setting out on a spiritual journey to find out more about what I have within me and what I am capable of. I've chosen to embrace what calls out to me. I feel the earth itself is the ultimate creator and gives us what we need to survive and thrive physically and spiritually. I consider myself solitary but open to others to a degree. I am hesitant to use lables to describe myself because I'm still finding out who I am.
I have only been physically practicing magick for only about a month now if you don't count my teenage years. I have only learned candle magick so far and am learning the use of herbs and crystals. I have begun a book of shadows and I am still gathering tools to aid my magick. If I have special abilities I have yet to find them which is part of this journey. I don't want to attract negativity and only practice positive magick.
I am looking to join a coven so I can meet others who are like me and to learn as much as I can. I understand there are rules to joining covens which is fine. I have a few rules myself. I cannot go to meetings. I have a family and am needed at home. I am willing to participate in chats and boards but cannot guarantee daily visits. I will participate as much as possible. I am hoping there is a coven out there for me. One who can accept me for who I am. One that will teach and learn with me. I am very friendly but a bit shy at the same time. I hope I can find a coven that welcomes me with open arms and one day become a high priestess.
