When I have astral projected I have seen myself both as a warrior and as an astral shift into a wolf. I have also been able to store energy in gems, able to draw it out when I have need of it.
I am unsure of what this means and have never practiced in the respected sense, but I am looking for guidance so that I don't harm those I care about around me.
