I am currently seeking to understand more about being an empath. I feel like I have finally figured that out about myself and now want to focus my energies better. I truly believe what is inside me me is powerful, free, and expressive. Most of my energies have been focused on heeling. I am trying to design and grow an herb garden now to have those things closer to me.
