My expertise is in to meditating and focus exercises.
Imagination and exercises that enhance the senses.(seeing, feeling, hearing, taste, and smell)
And as a caster, I do perform some rituals on enhancing my psychic powers. I do use white magic but sometimes I do cast a curse to hurt someone.
