Say this as many times as you need to until the rain stops- happens quite quickly.
"Rain rain coming down,
We want to play just for now.
Drying up,soak into the ground,
You can play on (time you want)"
This also works with snow if you replace the 'Rain Rain' with 'Snow Snow'.
