Ingredients An injury (does not work for bleeding as far as I know.) Visualization The ability to use Psi Description I use this as a way to heal injuries. Spell Casting The way I see it, pain is a lack of psi in an area of your body. So, simply put, to cure it you need to put psi into that area to cure it. The way I do it is (1) put my hand firmly (but not too tight) onto the injured area, (2) imagine Psi flowing from my hand into the injury, and (3) try to feel the pain go away.
